Nord Johnson, owner of Fire Tower Coffee House since 2013, has cultivated a warm and welcoming space that’s as unique as he is. Every cup of coffee is made from organic beans roasted in-house, and the menu features made-to-order dishes, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. But what truly sets Fire Tower apart is Nord himself. His eclectic collection of albums, signed guitars, and ever-changing décor keeps things interesting, making each visit a new experience.
